Plate
The table plate is fully made out of solid wood or linoleum (a natural, warm-to-the-touch, smooth, antibacterial surface material) glued onto beech plywood. For the solid wood plate option, steel stiffeners on the underside prevent minor dimensional changes in the wooden parts over time due to hygroscopy.
Legs and Aprons
Legs and aprons are also constructed from solid wood and are reinforced with stainless steel rod stretchers.
Finish
Two plant-based Hardwax oil finishes are available, which preserve the wood’s natural state: white or natural oil.
