Shipping Policy

Delivery areas: We deliver across Romania and to EU countries.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within Romania. International EU deliveries may take 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.

Large items: Furniture and large items may require scheduled delivery. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and write the damages on the transport documents. if there is no damage on the packaging please make sure you take a few photos and then write a detailed description of the inside issues with photos attached. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos at OFFICE@MOOR.RO.
